The family of Ayla Reynolds marked the occasion with balloons and birthday cake during a vigil Wednesday evening for the missing girl in Portland's Monument Square. The event was sponsored by the family of mother Trista Reynolds and nonprofit LostNMissing Inc.
Police have been searching for Ayla but so far, there's been no sign of her and no arrests.
Jeff Hanson, Ayla's step-grandfather, says that in addition to refreshments there'll be music including Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger," a song to which Ayla liked to dance.
